Group Mat classes
Group Mat classes are Live Streamed or pre recorded via Zoom

Classes are small, relaxed and interactive. Clients are encouraged to move at their own individual pace and ability promoting safe and confident movement
​
Classes are booked in 1/2 termly blocks, which are usually 6 weeks long, although this can change slightly from term to term.
​
Full payment is made in advance, but you are welcome to try out and pay for a single class before committing to a whole block or however many sessions are left in the block.

Group class details
Rebalance for Women - CLASS FULL
Monday evenings at 7pm - LIVE streamed on Zoom
(45 minute group class) £10 per class
This is a 45 minute class for women which aims to re-balance the relationship between body, mind and spirit.
The class focuses on exercises that keep joints (particularly shoulders, hips and knees) moving with ease; improve balance and co-ordination; maintain core, muscle (including the pelvic floor muscle) and bone strength and stability whilst leaving time for a few minutes of guided breath/relaxation to de-stress and re-energise at the end of the class.
A class recording is available for 7 days afterwards if you're unable to make the Live class

Dynamic Pilates - CLASS FULL
Wednesday evenings at 7pm - LIVE streamed on Zoom
(60 minute group class) £13.50 per class
This class is for those who are already familiar with Mat Pilates and would like to continue their practice with more challenging and dynamic exercises.
Focus is on moving safely and building technique whilst incorporating exercises to improve strength, stability, joint mobility, balance, co-ordination, posture and lots more......

Pre-Recorded 1/2 Hour - All Levels class
A new pre-recorded class released every Tuesday to enjoy as many times as you like for 7 days via Zoom
(30 minute pre recorded class) £7 per class
This is a pre recorded 30 minute class suitable for all levels but NOT COMPLETE BEGINNERS

Always well-rounded and varied, this class aims to promote a greater sense of wellbeing. It focuses on exercises to improve joint mobility, posture, strength, balance, core and pelvic stability and is always informative thus promoting a greater awareness of the body and how it moves. It's a firm favourite if you cannot to commit to a regular time each week to join a Live-streamed class.
A registration form and health/fitness questionaire will need to be completed before your first class but after that you can pre pay for a block of classes or pay for an individual class when ever it suits you.
